The TEM
ground transducer (one component ground probe) is designed for measurements of
the time derivative of the secondary magnetic field. The probe consists of
multi-turn coil spooled on the ferrite core, prime amplifier and power unit.
This probe can be used for roving receiver – large fixed transmitter loop and
in-loop TEM configurations. It provides with tripod and in case of three
componential measurements the probe can be set in any direction. The effective
area of the probe is 9000 m2 so it is nearly equal a 100 meters-side one-turn
loop. |
