This system permits optical digital colour recording of drill cores in projection and section mode. Its compactness, robustness and flexibility ensure a high level of mobility. Typical applications for the DMT CoreScan© Colour can be found, for instance, in exploration and geotechnical surveying borings for ascertainment of structural-geological and geo-static parameters, image analyses and digital documentation of drilling cores.
